Not everyone has access to blogs

Today I received a reference email in which a person asked:

I tried to check your blog but access to your site was blocked by one of our courts in [...]. Do you have any other blog for i can access without being blocked?

It's flattering to think that my blog warrents some kind of government review. But isn't this a sad testimony for both the individual and the government of the country who's doing the blocking?
